Rush is a marketplace built for both buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for maintaining high standards for themselves and the businesses they represent while using the app. Buyers are expected to show the same level of respect toward sellers and their businesses.
By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you accept responsibility for your actions as either a buyer or seller. As a peer-to-peer platform, users are responsible for working together to resolve issues such as incorrect shipments, refunds for damaged or missing items, product replacements, and order cancellations.

All purchases and bid wins are required to receive exact item displayed during live stream.
All sealed items being sold during the livestream must stay on screen at all times prior to and during the break.
Box Breaks must be done with factory sealed boxes. All teams, players, characters in the checklist must be sold/filled during the livestream before the box can be opened. If payment for a break spot does not go through, that spot must be re-run. If all break spots do not fill before livestream is complete the seller is required to issue a full refund for break spots sold.
All winning bids are required to receive an item. Not all spots in break will hit. It is the seller's responsibility to provide the buyer with an item.

At Rush we want you to be creative while maintaining a fair and honest buying experience for the buyers.
Mystery shows are permitted.
Latest up to date comps are required in the show details of Chaser items in mystery sets with a Floor price, Average price, and Ceiling price. Any Chaser item sold well below listed floor price will result in a warning and possible account ban.
All items available in mystery shows must be photographed and posted on the item listing. This includes chasers as well as non chasers.
All items in mystery shows must stay on screen before and during the live until item has been sold.
Repacks are permitted. Note: Only repacks generated through a third party, professionally packed are approve. All repacks must contain official item floor And ceiling value printed on the packaging visible to all buyers during the livestream. Sellers are NOT permitted to package, sort, and sell homemade repacks. Sellers that have their own repacks professionally packaged to sell through their own livestream/marketplace must first be approved by Rush by emailing us Support@rush-bids.com
Off platform randomization is permitted but limited to (Wheel of Names, random.org) Homemade wheels and dice are prohibited. Any sign of wheel or randomizer manipulation is prohibited and will result in immediate account ban or possible legal action.
The use of cards to draw teams, characters, players, etc. are permitted. Cards must remain on screen at all times until they have been chosen. Any manipulation will result in account ban and or legal action.
Fee avoidance is strictly prohibited. Users may not redirect buyers to conduct purchases on another platform, nor may they use Rush to promote live shows hosted elsewhere. Sellers are required to process payments for items sold on Rush exclusively through the platform and may not accept or soli off-platform payments under any circumstances. Doing so will result in account ban.
No gambling of any kind is permitted. Any form of gambling will result in account termination.
