By selling on the Rush platform, Sellers agree to comply with the following Shipping, Fulfillment, and Packaging Requirements. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent termination of the Seller’s account.
1. Shipping Time Requirements
1.1 Sellers must ship all completed orders within two (2) business days of the sale date.
1.2 Sellers are required to maintain an average handling time of no more than two (2) business days.
1.3 Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension or permanent termination at Rush’s sole discretion.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs at the time of sale unless the Seller has explicitly designated the item as “Free Shipping.”
2.2 Sellers may not collect additional shipping fees outside of the Rush platform.
3. Required Shipping Labels and Tracking
3.1 All orders must be shipped using shipping labels generated through the Rush platform.
3.2 Use of Rush-generated labels ensures valid tracking, accurate shipping cost calculation, and transaction protection.
3.3 Sellers are prohibited from using external or third-party shipping labels for platform transactions unless expressly authorized by Rush.
3.4 Failure to use Rush-generated labels may result in account penalties.
4. Packaging Requirements – Cards and Comics
4.1 All trading cards and comics must be packaged in a manner that prevents bending, crushing, moisture damage, or other transit-related damage.

4.3 Base cards may be shipped in a team bag; however, protective reinforcement is strongly encouraged.

4.5 Raw (unslabbed) comics may be shipped in large bubble mailers if properly secured.
4.6 Slabbed comics must be shipped inside a box with sufficient protective padding.
4.7 Failure to properly secure cards or comics may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
5. Packaging Requirements – Memorabilia
5.1 All memorabilia items must be wrapped in protective materials (including, but not limited to, bubble wrap, foam, or equivalent cushioning material) prior to being placed inside a shipping box.
5.2 All void space inside the shipping box must be filled with packing material sufficient to prevent movement during transit.
5.3 Sellers are fully responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
6. Damaged Shipments and Seller Liability
6.1 If a shipment arrives damaged and Rush determines, in its sole discretion, that the item was not packaged in accordance with these requirements, the Seller shall be responsible for issuing a full refund equal to the current market value of the damaged item.
6.2 Rush reserves the right to determine whether packaging was sufficient based on photographic evidence, buyer reports, carrier documentation, or other relevant information.
6.3 Sellers are strongly encouraged to document their packaging and shipping procedures, including retaining dated photos or video evidence of the packing process.

7.1 Violations of this Section may result in corrective action, including but not limited to:
