Rush is a marketplace built for both buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for maintaining high standards for themselves and the businesses they represent while using the app. Buyers are expected to show the same level of respect toward sellers and their businesses.

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you accept responsibility for your actions as either a buyer or seller. As a peer-to-peer platform, users are responsible for working together to resolve issues such as incorrect shipments, refunds for damaged or missing items, product replacements, and order cancellations.

To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace and ensure a positive experience for both buyers and sellers, Rush has established the following listing guidelines and requirements. Any items listed that may compromise the integrity of the platform are not permitted.

All Items listed must be items sold.

Photos of Actual Item: Listings must include photos of the actual item being offered for sale. Listings that contain no photos or only stock images of individual items are not permitted. Stock images of sealed boxes of sports cards and trading cards are permitted. Sellers must ensure they have all required intellectual property rights to use the photos in their listings and that the listings comply with Rush’s IP Policy. Cropping, blurring, photoshopping or editing images of items sold is prohibited. Stock images may not be used for used, damaged, or defective items.

Accurate Listing Description: The listing title and description must accurately represent the item being sold, including all relevant product details and attributes, and must clearly describe the item’s condition. The description may only refer to the specific item being offered for sale.

Category: Listings must be posted in the correct Rush category. See Rush categories.

Pricing: Listing prices must be reasonable and not set at extreme or clearly unrealistic high or low values.

Repeated Listings: Sellers may not post multiple listings for the same item. If you have multiple units of the same product, you must create a single listing and set the quantity to more than one.

Items With Autographs: Items containing autographs must be authenticated by JSA, PSA, Fanatics, Beckett, or B.A.M. Listings must include a photo of the certification card. If no COA (certificate of authenticity) is provided seller must include “NO COA” in the items description. Failure to provide this information will result in full buyer refund from seller and seller warning and account ban.

Repack sales: All repacks must have floor price, average price, and ceiling price listed in the listing description. Any item sold in repacks with most recent average comp. value below floor price can result in warning and account ban.

Fee avoidance is strictly prohibited. Users may not redirect buyers to conduct purchases on another platform, nor may they use Rush to promote live shows hosted elsewhere. Sellers are required to process payments for items sold on Rush exclusively through the platform and may not accept or soli off-platform payments under any circumstances. Doing so will result in account ban.

No gambling of any kind is permitted. Any form of gambling will result in account termination.

Off platform randomization is permitted but limited to (Wheel of Names, random.org) Homemade wheels and dice are prohibited. Any sign of wheel or randomizer manipulation is prohibited and will result in immediate account ban or possible legal action. 

The use of cards to draw teams, characters, players, etc. are permitted. Cards must remain on screen at all times until they have been chosen. Any manipulation will result in account ban and or legal action.
